In this class, we will explore Croatia and Croatian culture, cultural history, and language, focusing on both the country's modern challenges and opportunities and the historical roots of the current situation, and how these affect modern Croatian arts, food, music, lifestyle, and much more. You will learn both about the country and culture, and about the language, and in doing so, you will also acquire a few helpful phrases in Croatian through interactive and fun activities. Popular culture will also be presented, through Croatian songs, movies, and newspaper readings.
