Teuta Özçelik is a lecturer for the Croatian, Serbian, and Bosnian languages. She has an M.A. in Croatian language and literature from the University of Zagreb in Croatia. She also finished an M.A. degree in REEI at Indiana University with a focus on the Balkan area. She has been teaching BCS as a second language for the past 10 years. She has taken an active and a leading role in BCS language pedagogy, participating in conferences and workshops, as well as being an ACTFL-certified OPI rater for the Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian languages.
